Ground Floor

The hallway opens on the left into the Dining Room with a dining table,chairs and a CD player. In turn the dining room gives access to the Kitchen with its gas cooker and fridge and the Cloak/Utility Room with a sink, a washing machine, a clothes rack, and a freezer. On the right the hallway gives access to the stairs and the Lounge with an open fire and Sky Freesat.

Upstairs

The stairs open on to the landing giving access to Bedroom 1 with a double bed, Bedroom 2 with two single beds and the Bathroom with Electric shower, bath, toilet, and wash hand basin.

Garden

The large garden as featured in Home Plus Scotland is completely enclosed and comprises a sunken terrace, a small pond and mosaic area. The croft leads down to the shore, and you are free to walk anywhere in the township and on the seashore.

Heating

There are radiators in every room the immersion heater on the landing provides timed hot water, and in the evenings the open fire in the lounge will keep you toasty warm.
